Overview:
The "SteriBed" is a portable clean room, designed for rapid setup of a clean space environment separated from the outside surroundings. It is therefore an ideal solution everywhere when dealing with immunodeficiency people for highly sensitive workplaces.
Description:
A filtration system type FA 300 HS draws air from the outside environment through a pre-filter followed by a HEPA-filter and discharges the purified air into the chamber. A UV-radiation source contained within the filtration system kills the microorganisms and prevents accumulation of living organisms on the HEPA filter.
The clean air passes via a channel to the "double ceiling" and is evenly distributed through small openings within the ceiling of the chamber.
Chamber:
The "SteriBed" is constructed from a lightweight aluminium "quick connect" structure supporting the transparent chamber liner which is made from special resistant laminate. The size of the chamber is 2.3m x 1.6m x 2.3m (L x W x H). Different dimensions are available on request. The chamber has a front opening for bed access and a sliding door on the sidewall for regular entrance.
