High Level IBC Alarm without feed pipe - model THL-IBC
The easiest level alarm for monitoring IBC tote tanks. Quick and easy to install: after connecting the battery, simply screw the cap onto your container and adjust float to the desired depth using the nut on the cord grip. You're IBC tank alarm is ready to go! Everything is waterproof. Available for high level or low level alarm. High level fits all container volumes. Available with alarm only, (shown above) or with a liquid feeding pipe.
Six inch buttress thread cap fits all standard IBC tanks made by Mauser, Shutz, Qualserve and many others.

Reliable
The float switch is protected inside a pipe and with a screen to keep debris and scum from interfering with the float for years of reliable service.
Your choice of power: battery or plug-in.
May we suggest battery power? You might be surprised by the battery life: since there is no passive power consumption as with other methods of monitoring a single battery gives 50 hours of continuous alarming. Shelf life is 10 years. In typical use this means at least a two year battery life.

Options
Silencing Alarm
In cases where it may take a long time to correct the liquid level, it may be desirable to have the ability to silence the audio alarm.
For these applications consider the "touch-to-silence" alarm: simply touch the alarm and it the sound shuts off. The LED continues to blink as a reminder. Everything resets automatically when the liquid level is corrected.
Relay Output
The Tank Alarm can control pumps and solenoids with an optional relay output. The Tank Alarm will allow your pump to run and when the level reaches the float switch, it will stop the pump.
When the level is corrected push the reset button to resume your pumping. The relay is switchable between N.O. or N.C. operation. The 16A relay will handle pumps up to 1/2 H.P.@120V. A piggyback plug makes connecting to your pump easy.
Wireless Transmitter
When the level alarm sounds, a wireless signal is sent to a receiver up to 100 m (300ft) away which also sounds an audible alarm and switches a 10A relay.
Autodialer
When the level alarm sounds, a wireless signal is sent to a receiver up to 30 m (100ft) away which phones up to 9 phone numbers.
